Before you dispatch your issues please follow few steps to help the issues.
- If PC having a problems shut down the computer for at least 30sec. to 1min.
- If the printer is not working, unplug the power out of the printer and leave it off for 30sec. to 1min.
- If printer has external print server, unplug the power and leave it off for 30sec. to 1min. Print server has network cable then unplug as well.
- If Internet or networking is not working properly, check with others if the problem is the same. Problem still there then try to power cyle the router buy unpluging the power for 30sec. to 1min.
- If wireless networking is not working or not sure if you are on right network, right click on wireless icon by the taskbar and click on "view all available network".
- If network share drive is not working correctly, check under "My Computer" and see if those network share drives shows any error.
- If computer is locked up and having a hard time shutting down, press the power button for @10sec. or untill computer will shutdown. Or just unplug the power cable.
